The traditional glass bangle industry in Firozabad, known as the 'City of Glass,' is facing severe challenges due to climate change. Workers endure extreme heat in poorly ventilated workshops, leading to heat-related illnesses, dehydration, and hospitalisations. There is an urgent need for support and interventions to protect their health and livelihoods.
