SpiceJet informed the Delhi High Court about settling its Rs 93 crore dispute with aircraft leasing firm Cross Ocean Partners. As part of the settlement, SpiceJet will acquire additional assets, including an airframe and an engine. The settlement is expected to result in substantial cost savings for SpiceJet.
