The Reserve Bank of India has approved the merger between Fincare Small Finance Bank and AU Small Finance Bank. The merger will give AU a foothold in southern India and entry into microfinance. The merged bank will have 2334 branches and AU's gross advances are Rs 67,624 crore. Read The Rest at :
