Bharat Forge expects significant growth in its electric mobility and aerospace businesses due to rapid electrification in the automobile sector and a strong order book. The company's deputy managing director, Amit Kalyani, stated that these businesses will become multi-million dollar verticals over the next five years. Bharat Forge's e-mobility arm, Kalyani Powertrain Limited, recently unveiled a retrofitted electric truck that can be installed in existing diesel or compressed natural gas-powered vehicles at half the cost of a new electric truck.
