Indian govt bans J-K groups for involvement in terror, secession bid

The Indian government has banned Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Peoples Freedom League, and four Peoples League factions for promoting terror and secessionism. Home Minister Amit Shah warned of legal consequences for those challenging national security. The government remains committed to combating terrorism in the region.
