Gurjeev Kapoor, Disney Star's Head of Distribution and International Markets, is leaving the company. His departure comes as Reliance and Disney's $8.5 billion merger in India nears completion. Kapoor chose to pursue entrepreneurial ventures instead of joining the Viacom18/Disney Star venture.
