Jio, Airtel SG&A costs jump in Q2 amid higher customer churn

Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel are spending more on retaining customers due to increased competition after recent price hikes. Higher selling, general & administrative (SG&A) costs reflect efforts to attract high-value customers through incentives and marketing, particularly to counter SIM consolidation and BSNL's aggressive pricing.
