The Supreme Court has asked SKS Power Generation, its lenders, and the resolution professional for responses on Torrent Power's appeal challenging the approval of Sarda Energy's resolution plan. The case will be heard further on November 12. Torrent alleges that Sarda was unfairly allowed to revise its bid after negotiations had concluded.
