India needs to spend more than $170 billion to fund aviation expansion through 2030, S&P Global Ratings says

India's aviation will need $170 billion to be spent by 2030 to finance aircraft orders and enhance airport infrastructure amid surging passenger traffic, S&P Global Ratings said. Domestic passenger traffic is forecast to reach 300 million, with international traffic also expected to double. Record orders have been placed with Airbus and Boeing.
