Balmer Lawrie plans Rs 700-cr capital expenditure, to diversify into ethanol production

Balmer Lawrie & Co plans a capital expenditure of Rs 700 crore to achieve a revenue target of Rs 6,000 crore by 2030. The company will diversify into ethanol production, set up a free trade warehousing zone in Mumbai, and upgrade facilities. It also aims to enter third-party logistics for product storage.
