The NCLAT has dismissed a petition by the state tax department seeking dues from Reliance Communications, stating it was based on an assessment made after the insolvency resolution process began. The NCLT had earlier rejected the claim of Rs 6.10 crore, while admitting a previous claim of Rs 94.97 lakh.
