Boeing workers, represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, have gone on strike over a contract dispute. The union claims Boeing is not taking mediation seriously, particularly on issues of wages and pensions. Mediation continues as factories in Renton and Everett remain shut down.
