House of Hiranandani has signed agreements to redevelop five housing societies in Mumbai's Chembur suburb with an investment exceeding Rs 3,200 crore. These projects span across 15 acres and offer a development potential of over 1.7 million sq ft. The company is currently securing necessary approvals and aims to complete the redevelopment within the next 4-5 years while exploring other key markets for similar opportunities.
