Bikaji Foods International announced it has acquired a 55% stake in Ariba Foods for Rs 60.49 crore, aiming to enhance its frozen food production and enter the QSR segment. The acquisition is expected to bolster Bikaji’s export capabilities. Ariba produces snacks and frozen foods like samosas and parathas under the 'InDine' brand.
