A landslide has impacted part of NHPC's Teesta-V Power Station in Sikkim, damaging its building and TRT Gate hoist structure. The event, caused by subsidence during the monsoon, has led to suspended operations at the 510 MW facility, which was already undergoing repair from a flash flood in October 2023.
