The Uttar Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Bill, 2024 includes a provision for life imprisonment and a fine ranging from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1 crore for anyone collaborating with solver gangs or using unfair means during exams.
