Italy's Leonardo bets big on Indian helicopter market, leaving behind AugustaWestland chopper bribery scandal

The Italian helicopter major, earlier known as Finmeccanica, expects to sell up to 30 helicopters in the next three years, Harinder Commar, partner at Universal Vulcan Aviation, told ET in an interview. Partially owned by the Italian government, Leonardo SpA has appointed Vulcan Aviation as its distributor for the Indian market.
