Mumbai-based Aris Infra intends to use the net proceeds from the IPO to repay and prepay outstanding borrowings, support its working capital requirements and invest in its subsidiary, Buildmex-Infra Pvt Ltd, for its working capital needs, it said in the initial regulatory filing.
