AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj claimed Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena visited sites where trees were illegally felled and gave instructions without required permissions. The Supreme Court asked the Delhi government to explain compensation plans and outline illegal permissions granted in the past five years.
