The Supreme Court issued notices to the Centre and governors of Kerala and West Bengal following delays in clearing bills passed by state legislatures. The court asked for replies within three weeks. Kerala and West Bengal accuse their governors of unconstitutional behavior. Additionally, Tamil Nadu and Punjab have also approached the court over financial disputes with the Centre.
