Congress leader Kumari Selja plans to launch a "padayatra" at the end of July to connect with Haryana's urban voters ahead of the Assembly polls slated for later this year. The primary goal of this foot march is to fortify the Congress's presence in urban areas and gain an advantage over the BJP.
