Chief Minister Hemant Soren's new Jharkhand government will face a floor test on 8th July in a special Assembly session. Soren, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader, was sworn in as the 13th Chief Minister at Raj Bhavan after being released on bail on June 28 from Birsa Munda Jail in a case involving money laundering and land scam linked to the Enforcement Directorate (ED), following a court's order.
