Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge, flanked by INDIA bloc MPs, accused the RSS of being anti-Constitution and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of giving misleading information during a Rajya Sabha debate. The INDIA bloc staged a walkout after Kharge was not allowed to speak in response to Modi’s comments on the Motion of Thanks to the President's address.
