Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Nirupam called for apologies from Rahul Gandhi and Aaditya Thackeray for spreading misinformation about EVM tampering based on a news report. The report alleged a relative of Shiv Sena candidate used a mobile phone to tamper with an EVM, which was dismissed as false by the returning officer.
