Opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), comprising Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT), and NCP (SCP), has decided to start discussions early for seat-sharing in the assembly elections in Maharashtra, due within four months. The All India Congress Committee has asked senior Maharashtra party leaders to come to New Delhi next week to review the Lok Sabha poll results and make early assessments about the assembly seats that Congress must contest.
