Independent candidate Mohmad Haneefa secured victory in the Ladakh Lok Sabha constituency, triumphing over Congress rival Tsering Namgyal by 27,906 votes. Haneefa garnered 65,303 votes, while Namgyal received 37,397 votes, and BJP's Tashi Gyalson got 31,956 votes in the three-way race.
