Bibhav Kumar, accused of assaulting AAP MP Swati Maliwal, was taken to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's residence for recreation of the crime scene. Statements of around 20 people have been recorded, including Delhi Police. He was arrested from the CM residence and sent to police custody.
