The Association for Democratic Reforms has asked the Supreme Court to start contempt proceedings against the State Bank of India for not revealing all details of electoral bonds purchased and encashed since April 2019, as mandated. The court had ordered the SBI to provide this information to the Election Commission by March 6. The SBI requested an extension until June 30, citing the complexity of decoding the data.
