Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Jasmine Shah criticized the Delhi Police, alleging that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is using police officials like delivery boys to serve political notices. The Crime Branch had visited the residence of Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, to serve a notice related to allegations of the BJP attempting to poach AAP MLAs. Shah questioned the legal basis of the notice and accused the BJP of orchestrating a political drama. The notice was also served to AAP leader Atishi in connection with the poaching claim case.
