Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri tells media in a chance interview in Cagayan de Oro City that the budget of the Department of Science and Technology has been given an increase in the bicameral conference committee, from P26.9 billion to around P29 billion, with the bulk of the budget going to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) to improve its weather forecasting capabilities.
