DAVAO CITY — Agents from the regional offices of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested a Davao-based vlogger during a buy-bust on Friday night inside a restobar in Ma-a, this city.
The NBI identified the arrested suspect as Christ Briand Oncada also known as Chris Briand and Brader.
The 28-year-old social media influencer was arrested at 10:45 p.m. inside Turf Shack Resto Bar.
Authorities seized from Oncada 65 grams of marijuana dried leaves with a street value of P10,000. Also confiscated from him are 16 bottles of marijuana oil, three cellular phones, a sling bag and the buy-bust money.
Oncada has been tagged by PDEA as a high-value individual.
The popular content creator and vlogger is currently detained at the PDEA detention facility will be facing charges for violations of Sections 5, 11 Article II of Republic Act 9165.
