Education Secretary Juan Edgardo Angara said in a press briefing that the country could not afford anymore class suspensions as it could exacerbate the ongoing learning loss that is experienced in the country.
"Many want to postpone the school opening; we cannot do it, what if there is another storm that would hit us? Those who are able, should go to school as the learning loss is real," Angara said.
