Go tells Laguna grads he will push programs for students

SEN. Bong Go has assured high school graduates in Calamba, Laguna that he will push programs that will help every student to succeed.

On Friday, the senator championed education and youth empowerment as he spoke during the graduation ceremony of the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) in Calamba, Laguna.

"As your public servant, I want to assure you that my support for you will continue," said Go at the 7th senior high school commencement exercises at the UPHSD.

"I am here to ensure that every youth has equal opportunities for education and success. I will do everything in my capacity to support you in your goals and dreams," he said.

Go added, "This is a wonderful occasion to celebrate your achievements and the sacrifices you have made. Never stop chasing your dreams."

"Each of you has shown remarkable perseverance and hard work to reach this day. Your journey has not been easy, and you truly deserve to be praised and celebrated," he said.

Go stressed the importance of continuous learning and courage in the face of future challenges.

Go also mentioned the scholarships to be granted to deserving students. He said about 200 students have been given scholarships within the UPH system through his help.

Go also provided graduation gift packs to each graduate present as well as gift packs to the faculty and staff. He also provided tokens to topnotchers and select students.

Go shared a valuable piece of advice for the teachers and guardians, emphasizing integrity and community service.
