MARAGONDON, Cavite — Mayor Lawrence Arca reported to his constituents his accomplishments and plans after two years in office as the local chief executive of this town.

In his state of the municipal address on Friday at the covered court of Barangay Poblacion, Arca reported the completion of infrastructure projects such as access roads, multipurpose hall and day care center in the villages of Kaingen, Bucal, Tulay B, Talipusngo and Poblacion 1-A, 1-B, 2-A and 2-B.He also said that community electrification programs were launched in Barangay Pantihan 1, 2 and 3, and Bridge B.The mayor also highlighted the arrival of six brand-new ambulances and the installation of streetlights throughout the town.Arca also spearheaded the Buhay Ingatan Droga'y Ayawan campaign, which was held in collaboration with the provincial government of Cavite.He said almost 3,000 citizens received aid under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation with the help of Sen. Bong Revilla and Agimat Party-list Rep. Bryan Revilla. Around 1,856 senior citizens, 550 senior high graduates, 244 persons with disabilities and 348 drivers benefited from the program.
