MANILA, Philippines — Blueleaf Energy Philippines, a portfolio company of Australia-based Macquarie’s Green Investment Group, is investing $1.5 billion in building a massive floating solar portfolio in Laguna. The company has teamed up with two local partners, NKS Energy Utilities and SunAsia Energy, to develop two solar projects with a combined capacity of 1,500 megawatts
