Hilton Manila offers lunar legacy mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival

HILTON Manila proudly unveils its Lunar Legacy collection, an exquisite array of handmade mooncakes in elegantly designed sets that pay homage to the Mid-Autumn tradition.

Each Lunar Legacy mooncake set is presented in captivating ruby red packaging, adorned with intricate golden trimmings and patterns. Inspired by a traditional Chinese cabinet, each set unfolds gracefully to reveal a treasure trove of delightful flavors curated by Chef Kevin Xu Qiao Yuan.

For the Traditional set, guests are invited to savor the timeless charm of mixed nuts with ham, red bean with salted egg and white lotus with salted egg. The Boutique set offers a selection of refined flavors, including low-sugar chestnut, yam with salted egg, custard, spicy beef, coconut and black sesame.

In the Snow Skin set, explore exciting flavors such as purple taro with salted egg, durian, mango, peach, honey pomelo and oolong tea with white lotus, encased in delicate snow skin.

The Shanghainese set is a nod to the rich heritage of Shanghai, featuring savory pork, red bean with nuts and spicy beef mooncakes. The Do-It-Yourself set allows room for creativity, as guests can personalize up to two pieces of their mooncakes for a unique and interactive experience.

The Luxury Hamper set is for guests seeking the ultimate expression of luxury, featuring a box of six of either Traditional, Boutique or Snow Skin mooncakes, accompanied by a bottle of Dalmore 12.
