THE Shangri-La BGC played host to a momentous occasion as the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce (Phil.) Inc. (Ficci) convened for its first major chamber event of the year.

They shared their firsthand experiences of implementing the EOS system into their respective business models, offering invaluable insights and practical tips to the eager audience.
