Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) commissioner and former senior deputy executive secretary Hubert Dominic Guevara was gone too soon, but he left a legacy in the hearts of Filipinos through Bikers For A Cause. The initiative is a joint project started by its advocacy founder bikers Mike Serrano, MMDA consultant, and the late Guevara, in partnership with MMDA and the Philippine Marine Corps, providing safety tips and protective gears to our riding bikers in Metro Manila and, hopefully, nationwide.
