THE Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) Inc. recently concluded the 2024 Real Estate Developers Golf Cup at the prestigious Wack Wack Golf and Country Club.

The tournament, which brought together industry leaders and enthusiasts, witnessed some outstanding performances with Renato Mercado emerging as the overall champion of the tournament with the low net score.

The golf tournament awarded winners across various categories. The Men's Class A category saw Clay Vasquez emerge as the champion while Josef Maganduga and Herbert Betz claimed the first runner-up and second runner-up positions, respectively.

In the Men's Class B category, Renato Mercado 2nd earned the champion title. Jeff Balmores and John Ramos secured the second runner-up and first runner-up positions, respectively.

Meanwhile, Kyle Chua secured the championship for the Men's Class C category, followed by Lester Jan Pearson as first runner-up and Ulysses Rosal at second.

Other notable wins included Mercado for the Low Net category, Crispin Carreon for Low Gross, Trung Duong for Nearest to the Pin, Renato Mercado 4th for Most Accurate Drive, Betz for Longest Drive and Kenny Tan for Longest Putt.

The tournament aimed to bring together the housing industry's leading executives, owners and managers for a day of sport, providing a platform to engage in discussions of the latest trends and developments that would shape the future of real estate development in the Philippines.
