THE Rotary International District 3830 Conference (Discon) 2024 Committee, led by Gov. Antonio "Jay" Tambunting 3rd and this year's Discon Chairman Gil Chua recently signed a media agreement with Tiger22 Media Corp., a unit of Quest Broadcasting Inc.

As a media partner, Tiger 22 would be a co-presenter and broadcast partner of Discon 2024, a grand yearly fellowship of Rotarians across the Rotary Clubs in District 3830.

Discon 2024 was slated at the Grand Plaza Ballroom of Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila in Pasay City from May 10 to 11, 2024. This 2-day event would feature a number of activities, including a Rotary showcase, leadership and learning sessions, fellowships, recognitions and entertainment numbers.

It would be attended by about 1,000 participants, mostly Rotarians from the district, Rotaractors, dignitaries, local and international speakers, and other guests.

Rotary International District 3830 was one of the 10 Rotary districts in the Philippines that carried out various service projects to create lasting change in the lives of the less fortunate. It spanned 118 Rotary Clubs in Makati, Taguig, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Pateros and the province of Palawan.

The Vera-led Quest Broadcasting Inc. was a Philippine radio network that had been operating a number of stations across the country under the Magic Nationwide network.

Its affiliate Tiger 22 Media Corp. was an integrated local media agency-based radio network that consisted of five partner radio brands under the Vera family: Jam 88.3, Wave 89.1, Magic 89.9, its provincial network Magic Nationwide and 99.5 Play FM.
