Century Properties eyes P1B in sales from project

CENTURY Properties Group Inc. (CPG) is aiming to generate at least P1.0 billion in revenues from a townhouse development in Mandaluyong City.

In a statement on Wednesday, CPG Managing Director Carlo Antonio said the firm had just completed the first block of Century Nuliv Townvillas at Acqua, which has 22 units at an average price of P45 million each.

"With around P500 million of capex (capital expenditures), we look forward to completing and turning over block A this year and block B next year to our clients," he added.

Antonio said they were hoping that the project would continue the real estate firm's "heritage of quality projects that our clients will raise their families and loved ones in."

"The stacked design facilitates movement within the house and allows homeowners to transform spaces for various purposes – from family areas and seating nooks to home offices and personal gyms," the company said.

"Each unit will be delivered in standard bare form and completed with premium finishes, providing homeowners the flexibility to personalize their space," it noted.

In October 2022, CPG President and CEO Marco Antonio said the launch of Century Nuliv was in response to homebuyers' post-pandemic "standards in living and lifestyle inclinations."
