Ukrainian drones targeted a munitions depot in Voronezh overnight, according to a Ukrainian security source. Kyiv suspects the depot was used for transferring munitions to Ukraine. The Russian governor of Voronezh reported detonations due to a fire in the Ostorogozhsky district but confirmed no casualties. A state of emergency has been declared locally.
