Hurricane Debby is set to strike Florida's Big Bend coast early Monday, bringing heavy rains, catastrophic flooding, and life-threatening storm surge. Located 40 miles west of Cedar Key, Debby has maximum sustained winds of 80 mph and is moving north. The storm is predicted to cause up to 30 inches of rain and significant storm surge along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
