A Chinese company has stopped civil works and laid off hundreds of workers at a hydropower project in Pakistan following a suicide attack that killed five Chinese nationals. The incident, which occurred at the Dasu hydropower project, led to the suspension of operations at the Tarbela 5th Extension Hydropower Project as well.
