'Jurassic World 4' will be the seventh movie overall in the franchise. It all began in 1993 with the original 'Jurassic Park', which had two sequels, 'The Lost World' in 1997 and 'Jurassic Park III' in 2001. The franchise was revived in 2015 and launched a new trilogy of films. 'Fallen Kingdom' followed it in 2018 and 'Dominion' was released in 2022.
