Thieriot plays Bode Donovan, a convict who volunteers with the California Conservation Camp Program to assist its Fire Service. The prison authorities unintentionally send Bode to his hometown in Northern California, where he fights dangerous wildfires alongside his family, inmates, and professional firefighters.
