Etihad airways: An passenger travelling from Sweden to India had a very bad experience when her 'cabin bag' containing more than Rs 30 lakh cash and gold got 'misplaced' by Etihad airways. After a formal complaint, the bag was found, but all the stored cash and gold were missing. In this regard Delhi consumer commission ordered Etihad to pay Rs 75,000 compensation. Read The Rest at :
