State Bank of India (SBI): A driver managed to change SBI's net-banking access from 'view-only' to 'transaction' and prematurely broke the fixed deposits (FD) kept by a senior citizen couple. This incident which happened in Hyderabad was ultimately solved by National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
