Developed by Dr. Jung Bahadur Singh at IARI’s Indore-based regional station, this climate-resilient and bio-fortified variety is designed to thrive under low irrigation and high temperatures. With a protein content of 12% and high levels of iron and zinc, Pusa Gaurav meets both desi and international culinary demands.
