The Supreme Court on Monday declined to stay the proceedings of the Bombay High Court that had restrained toll company MEP Infrastructure from disposing of its shareholdings in 31 subsidiary companies after defaulting on a Rs 5500 crore payment to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
